In the event of urgent plumbing issues, we assure a response time of 2 hours. Should we fail to uphold this promise:

- Service Prioritization: Your service is given precedence for the next opening
- Credit: Credit towards future urgent needs

Timing for Response: Emergency calls receive assessment and resources within 30 minutes.

- Expiry: Not extendable beyond the 12-month limit
